I am always amused at how low some people rate lands. Even a basic land, like this one, deserves a minimum 4/5. I always start there for my basics and adjust upwards based on artwork. Nonbasic based on other factors, but they still start at 4, although non-basics can go down, as evidenced by Abandoned Outpost or Untaidake, the Cloud Keeper.
