It's enchant world, so you can use it to destroy The Abyss and Nether Void.

Also half-good in green combo decks to know if the opponent holds a counterspell, and before playing Cabal Therapy or other guessing cards.

Taking the surprise out of the game is interesting. Off the bat the only thing I can think that would benefit from this would be Hunted Wumpus. Other than that losing surprise on your Giant Growths and Fogs can make the game much more psychological.

I really like the flavor texts from actual literary works. Flavor wise it just makes you feel more like a planeswalker. Effectively this is a green telepathy, which is interesting and has uses in commander and the like. Play it with Cheatyface for maximum lulz.
