Normally, I'm all for continuing a meme, but I would rather discuss the merits of the card, its mechanics, art, and flavor than give support to a meme with inherently limited scope.

I don't know guys, he looks good in a R/G token Ulasht EDH deck... like mine! Drop him with a doubler out, just a few tokens, and maybe Sarkhan Vol.... it's gg. I think I like him. Probably not as useful though in a non-token deck.

As long as you can protect him, this guy can become a bomb in any creature heavy deck. Run him in jund decks and pair him up with Skeletal Grimace and Lightning Greaves. You now have a cheap, regenerating, untargetable trample that can be pumped with devour.

Path to Exile was this guy's main problem in shards, but in legacy there are ways to deal with it. Since your running black you can remove it from their hand with duress before they can even play it, then use haunting echoes or surgical extraction or memoricide to get rid of it for good.

And then there's Skizzik, a consistent 5/3 with consistent trample and haste in addition.

sure, it dies at the end of the turn, but an extra Red says otherwise.

AND you only need red for this.

So yes, this is a terrible card.

Limited card. You could sacrifice 2-3 guys and have a 6/6 or 8/8 trample for 3Red. Just dont run into any doom blades and your golden.

A well-balanced card to run in R/G, I'd say. No point running him if you're not also running G. But in the right circumstance, can be a very efficient killing machine. I mean, sac two tokens (not hard to find in a R/G deck) and he's a 6/6 with trample for 4CMC. Not shabby. 4/5
