The only use I see in this card is to bother a specific someone that uses an Ice Age block deck.

Years ago when ice age came out I was in a ice age tournament. We got a starter, two packs and had to make a deck out of them. A card like this wouldn't necessarily be bad in a tournament like the one i was in because you knew people would probably have to play with snow covered land. Outside the tournament some cards from the set were like this where it was too specific making the card useless in most regular games. Why would you put this card in your deck when regular lands are so common. I rarely used snow covered land so why would i hope for my opponent to use them.
