This is extremely useful in a token deck - makes everyone the same size. Unfortunately for my opponent, I have a whole lot more and possibly a Beastmaster Ascension waiting.
This card does one thing better than other Wrath variant: army sizes remain the same, which means if you play white weenie while your opponent has one nasty 10/10 trample, casting March of Souls would result in you keeping the army advantage over your opponent whereas Wrath would just reset the board.

I wish I had more than one in my spirit/token deck. =( This is incredibly powerful with Intangible Virtue.

I play this with cathar's crusade in a swarm based edh deck. So far the combo hasn't come up, but I have high hopes for it.
