You can research this upgrade for your Demolishers.

Commander review: too narrow. In other formats it might be a good card, but in Commander it's just not worth it. Most creatures attacking you are either too large for this card to kill them (unless you spend six mana to play and flashback it in the same turn), or they are utility creatures that won't attack. If you run both red and white, as required by this card, you will have access to much better removal. 1.5/5

This is direct card advantage, and the flavor rocks. 4/5.

I love the flavour text - it's a reference to Devil's Play, in case you didn't catch it.

The card itself will be very useful in Limited as repeatable removal.

Seriously? If there is a R/W deck out there, this will be a four-of. Almost Incinerate with flashback, wow.

This actually looks quite good! R/U/W Desperate Ravings control anyone?

At first, I thought its meh... Then I saw that it has Flashback. Not too bad.

Flashback too expensive, or lose the targeting restriction. Far too many better options out there in both colors. I can understand wanting to tone back removal, but Innistrad already had great removal in it. Wait till next block to cram that genie back in Wizards.

Good in limited, but I'd be surprised to see it in a competitive constructed deck.

Orcs are green though, silly pants.

Flavor is absolutely brilliant, first time you cast it it's a devil's prank (Devil's play?) which is why it's red. Second time its villagers defenses, hence the white flashback.

As a relatively new player, I went 2-1 in a casual draft with my playgroup today. People say that R/W is bad in DKA/Innistrad, but splashing White was amazing for Burning Oil. There was so much value in it, since it was so cheap, and when it worked, it just felt good. Burning Oil was, for me, basically a cheaper Rebuke with flashback, but better since it would affect blockers too.

Overall, 3/5 AMAZING in Limited. Poor everywhere else though.

The guard commander thought for a while on the havoc wrought by the devil's play. Suddenly he sat up with a start. "I've got it! TWO buckets of oil!"

I can see utility of an Incinerate with flashback but this doesn't cut it.
