Sort of confused that imploding an entire plane is represented mechanically by destroying a single land.

Compared to Zap and Ember Shot, this card is the nectar of the gods. Decent Red cantrips are just too few. I do, however, wish to mix this with Solfatara or Turf Wound.
One cool thing about this card is that its high cost is all colorless- so he'll be easy to improve by playing a couple medallions (if you're running monocolored) or warchieves (if you're running multicolored). And "cost reduction > mana ramp" when you're cantripping.
