Giving any creature you control a landwalk ability is not to be sneazed at. The return to hand part of the ability can be useful, too.

Not enough people use snow covered lands to make this useful.

Works well with Ball Lightning and Arc Runner.

I just checked and I couldn't find any other red permanent that allows you to bounce creatures. So this is quite good card.

As of the swarm of enters-the-battlefield abilities that have appeared of late, the return-to-hand part has become the interesting part of this card, at least from the perspective of a Prismatic Blink or Raka Blink deck. If you can find the room (probably meaning it's a Prismatic deck), Arcum's Weathervane can help guarantee the landwalk's relevance. But for the most part, this should be seen as CiP repetition enabling.

Edit, @ Tavaritz: It turns out Dragon Mask supplies the same bounce capability at the same price, without any color requirement, and isn't quite as vulnerable to removal. So I guess this is interdicted a bit for that purpose.
