They look like Sontarins (Dr Who).

Despite the strange art and the lousy flavor text this card is nice to play in five colored decks. But it kills all my Bringers and a cost of 4B would have been better for this card.

Mono-Black Control is strong enough that it's not worth adding other colors. And it's not like this spell is worth it in a 2 color or anything. At the point of using this, just Damnation. I know you could have a 6/6 survive if you wanted, but meh, 1/1s to 3/3s win the game IMO.

Naw, this is more comparable to Mutilate than Damnation

Hmm, is this the only art representation of Yawgmoth himself? Flavortext would seem to infer it, but is he the guy in the middle or the back?

@ Kryptnyt:

I think he's the one on the right in Yawgmoth's Bargain. So maybe these pig-face dudes are just his "retainers"?

In the story Yawgmoth arrived in form of of a giant cloud (poisonous I think, also lightning-y), so I guess those three are all his retainers. I guess a giant cloud isn't 'ol Yawgy's original form though so I guess it could still be the guy on Yawgmoth's bargain or Yawgmoth's will.

To whom it may concern: Yawgmoth didn't have a single form, he could take the shape of any of his minions. During "Apocalypse," he took the form of Hanna while Gerrard and Urza fought in Phyrexia. Yawgmoth was hiding as Hanna, but the Phyrexian Arena spoke and cheered in a singular, hissing voice. Once Gerrard won, he knew it wasn't Hanna, so he gave her the axe. Doing so hurt Yawgmoth, so he flung Gerrard out of Phyrexia, along with the head of Urza.

Incredibly goofy art for what is an incredibly important moment in the Magic storyline. Should have depicted a giant cloud of darkness streaming forth from a planar portal, engulfing everything.

This card is bad and the designers of most domain cards should feel bad.

The guy on the bottom right is what Chet turned into at the end of Weird Science. No joke, Google Image it. That must be where the artist got that idea.
