There are some green/blue decks that have enemy creatures gain flying with blue effects and then shoot them down with green archers! :) This is the perfect card for this kind of deck, and if you don't make use of the blue ability, you can prevent two points of combat damage each turn for a low cost..

How did we ever make a decent limited deck in Invasion-block?
Nice! Makes you wonder if Bob was a child model before a renowned Magic player. Weird someone "fake" could look so close to someone real. He is even holding a very similar staff.
