combos well with storm crow, so you can then Cremate it. plus, your devoted hero temporarily becomes a strom crow

The woman on the right has no balloons of her own, feels self-conscious at the sight of the other woman's balloons, and so pays up her hard-inherited cash to get her own balloons. Good scam.
Also, turning any spell into Jump isn't much of an achievement.. I've seen even Goblins manage similar..

What is so wrong with these balloons that the kid feels he must stop this transaction? Are they highly combustible? Filled with poison? You can't actually see the balloons, themselves, so maybe they are all Cosmic Larva?

Niche card, I can imagine a few far fetched combos with this, but to be honest, blue decks are already known for flying creatures, this card belongs in a multicolored deck. Still, I like the concept and it can be a good card in the right situation.
