Thanks to the Great Creature Type Remodelling Part Dunno this is the cheapest minotaur creature in Magic besides Mothdust Changeling.

The reason to splash blue in Minotaur tribal: Flying Tahngarth.
The reason to splash green in Minotaur tribal: Giant Growth, Monstrous Growth, Overrun, Predator's Strike, etc.

Building a minotaur deck is a bad idea, because there are so many little and cute 1/1 minotaurs that get murdered by Patrol Hound and other cats/dogs.. Also, I don't like how the red and black disciples prevent ~one~ point of damage while the green and white disciples reduce the power of enemy creatures by ~two~ points! :( Sure, you can prevent one point of damage from ~any~ source, but one single point isn't enough most of the time..
