In general I don't like color hosing. It seems cheap, I only win because I sideboard a "screw white decks" card. It's different than switching out Doom Blade for Terminate, at least then it doesn't change the game decisively, it keeps the same utility for my deck. These kinds of cards just *** you off more than anything.

Green is growth. Black is decay.
White is life. Black is death.
Besides, there's plenty of white hate towards black and red, and green hate towards black and blue, and red hate of blue and white. Every color has two colors that they just don't get along with, and so a lot of color-specific hate ends up there.
