Very nice card in all esper decks, also works wonder with mirrodin block.

Also lovely interaction with Etherium Sculptor, Lodestone Golem and Sapphire Medallion. You can also add Sphere of Resistance For some total control.

This card is ridiculously sick, and I find it more useful than Squadron Hawk in U/W control. You get one-cost Abeyances, one-cost Wall of Omens and so many other cards - PLUS a flying chump-blocker. You simply cannot go wrong with this.

With this card on the battlefield you can drop a Vault Skirge for even cheaper!
