If you touch your nose, wiggle your toes, and do back flips the card works better. Oh wait, no it doesn't.

i know that Regrowth is a better card when it comes down to it. but i still like to use this in casual play. love to have a graveyard full of *** cards and 1 good card. play this and see my opponent choose a *** card. then say no i dont think so and pay the 1 G. then they choose another *** card and do the same. keep doing it till they choose the good card. of course to do this youve got to have lots of mana to spare. but green doesnt seem to ever come up short on the mana front.

You know, this is actually a pretty decent card if you don't expect to have many cards go to the graveyard and use it when there is only 1 card there.

Or you could put it in a deck which removes cards from the graveyard as a cost. Things like Barrow Ghoul or Chill Haunting. Then you'd only ever have the cards you want and this becomes a cheap Regrowth. Flashback too.

...What the hell? Oracle text: "Target opponent". Ruling: "This does not target the opponent."

WHAT THE HELL?

I just love the overall flavor of this card. The art is great, and it has a really neat effect

I love how the oracle takes a lot of old texts and turns them from "easily understandable and clear, but apparently problem-causing in fringe cases in tournaments" into "lawyer lawyer lawyer paragraph section however lawyer until section paragraph"
