A 4/4 for 2 is bad? Really? Even by modern standards I think this is a pretty good card. Combine with cycling creatures and things like Faerie Macabre...

The only thing I could see this for is black aggro (it exists?) or reanimation...although that would kinda defeat the point of it.

there are always creatures in my graveyard, but If they are going to leave my graveyard I'd much rather they come back to the battlefield.... so they can die again BWAHAHA.

no but srsly if you have a deck where you don't reanimate too much stuff you might as well use this, consider it a form of fading

Use this in a monoblack LD-deck. You'll have all those LD-spells, LD-lands & Dark Rituals to exile.

Except y'know.. the whole "exile top creature card" bit. That said though, 4/4 on turn 2 is nothing to scoff at. Especially if he can continue to beat face, although keeping your graveyard fueled (likely via dredge I would think... things like Stinkweed Imp) or by discarding cards (Raven's Crime, targeting yourself or Vampire Hounds) would be good methinks.
