Not bad if your facing a horde.

Art + flavor text seems to suggest that lady is slowing everybody down with her mystical potpourri.

Wonderful card if you have a mana advantage, or a serious creature disadvantage.

Works great against Elf Tribal.
Generating several dozen tokens doesn't seem so attractive now, does it?
Even better if you're capable of bouncing it with...say...Vedalken Mastermind?

You may be running this against those mana intensive green decks but they're going to have to way more upkeeps than you are. That said it's a pretty narrow card but the possibility of decimating your opponent's token hoard in as little as just one upkeep still tempts me.
Drop this turn four and a green mage is likely paying half of their mana next turn to not lose a creature.

So, when the green creatures lose cu mulative upkeep, do they keep the age counters? This might seem like a moot point, but what if you play this spell again later.

They keep their counters and the minute they get CUK back those count.

Not necessarily limited to green creatures, just sleight of mind or mind bend it. But probably still works best against green and the hoards of tokens it churns out these days.
