Might win some sort of a reward for most reprints without actually being introduced back into standard

probably one of the best card drawers in the game. much better than divination. in a color that doesn't break drawing cards...eh, meh.
Stellar in G/U. what happened to cards being good for mono-colored decks? or did they decide to just never do that anymore because of the Cryptic and Jace fiascos?

It's funny to note that this card -- first printed in Planar Chaos as card purposely placed out of color -- has become a staple in Wizards' casual supplements.

I think this fits better in green. Sure, lots of different draw cards in green wouldn't make sense, but this is a perfect spot on the curve and flavorwise makes sense.
I will quote the original flavor text: "Life's greatest lessons don't come from focus or concentration. They come from breathing and simply noticing."
I would like to see more druidic/shamanistic stuff happening in green.
Ironically, Harmonize has been printed in 5 sets, where it's timeshifted ancestor Concentrate was only printed in two sets.

I love that this was introduced as a color pie switch card in Planar Chaos and has been reprinted in a TON of special sets just cause it's that good.

So green got Naturalize which is just Disenchant. Now they also get card draw with Harmonize al la Concentrate. So when are they going to print the green Counterspell? Bet they call it Gaea's Verdict or something along those lines.

Nice to get some green draw. What is up with the ruling? That's not really ruling, more of a random fact...

So, who else would like to see Harmonize in M13?

@ZioKai This card along with everything from the planar chaos set was shown directions Magic could have gone, instead of where it did. That's why Green got card draw and haste. Naturalize was just Wizards realizing that Green made more sense than White to have artifact and enchantment hate, whereas white just made sense with enchantments.

Have you seen Avoid Fate, Guttural Response, or Vines of Vastwood (and some others, maybe)?
edit: Make that six; confirmed for Commander 2013.
