Awesome card in a black land destruction deck.
Your opponent cant bring anything back from his grave if he has no mana ;-)

Leaving aside the fact that my opponents can utilize this ability at a cost of three mana less than I can, seven mana for a Raise dead, which is a mediocre spell at best, is a horrible value. Text is a bit ambiguous, I believe I can use the effect instantaneously while my opponent can only use it as a sorcery, odd.

First death, then Shauku. And for dessert, peach cobbler.

Becomes pretty one-sided if you started the game with Leyline of the Void. Even in that case, though, you're still better off with Oath of Ghouls.
