Really makes your opponent think about what to tap their lands for, and if they can survive a whole turn without those lands. It's really fun to use something like high tide to annoy them even more afterwards.
@Coincidence No, this card is never as good as Time Walk, since with Time Walk they skip an untap, a draw and the rest of the turn too. This is more comparable to a Silence that costs one more, but hoses instants a bit better.
