Isn't that Noble Hierarch's younger cousin. It's a shame that she had to shave her head and join a cult at the other end of the Multiverse. She used to be really pretty...

I think this card deserve's a real comment aswell, so... The beautiful thing about this creature is, that even though the ability to produce white mana with a green creature might seem inflexible, it's actually an amazingly important feature. For if you can drop this in turn one, then it probably means you're more likely to need white mana in the second turn. Thus, it's pretty much a birds of paradise... except it's a common. And it has over 9000 times more favorable creature type. 5/5

I wouldn't mind seeing a whole cycle of green 1 drops that produce a mana of each color, spread out throughout several sets. A green goblin that produces red, a green merfolk that produces blue, and perhaps a green hag that produces black

It's amazing how such a simple concept could be so potentially powerful. Not as insanely powerful as Birds of Paradise... at least, not unless you've got this in a W/G deck. W/G decks will be running this from now until the end of time.
Think about it: first-turn, put out a forest and this guy. Unless the next spell you plan to cast requires three green mana (since you could put down a forest next turn) you should have near-perfect mana coverage on turn two. Moreso if you happen to put down some kind of dual land instead.

This is the best art in magic, hands down. Every time hes on the field my eyes are glued to him, and I play the deck I have him in all the time.
And as a side note, I run him over llanowar elves in my mono green. Ill tell you why. Unless your running Predator Ooze or something the mana color is irrelevant in a mono green. I have never run into a situation were I needed that to be a forest mana. Also, it tricks allot of people. They think im running white and getting land screwed, and throw one of there nukes at him. You would be surprised how many times this occured.

An awesome way to splash white and accelerate at the same time... and it's CHEAP!
This is a solid little mana dork. It's nice that he provides mana fixing along with mana ramp.

My favorite thing about this card is that it makes casting Avacyn, Angel of Hope a lot more easily, because mono-white doesn't have great ramp and W/G could struggle with the WWW.

If white won't ramp white mana, green will.
Satyr Hedonist fills a similar role for Gruul, though it involves sacking it.

Not at all. If you're running G/W, or any color combination involving green and white, you might very well prefer white mana from your mana dork instead of green. Arbor Elf is fairly often better, but if you need to accelerate your white mana instead of your green, Arbor Elf won't be any help unless you have a Temple Garden out - and besides their abilities are far too dissimilar for one to be strictly better. And while you're at it, can you stop autocarding your entire posts and signing them like that? You even mucked up the names of the cards in question with capital "I"s so people can't use the actual autocard links. >_> Autocard is a tool, not your personal "I want to be special and SWAGGY" button.
