I almost never run anything with cumulative upkeep, but the ability to add +1 power for 1C is almost always pretty awesome. Combine this with some kind of unblockable card like Fear or Dwarven Warriors and watch it carve people up.
Can't afford the upkeep? No problem... let it go to the graveyard and then pull it out with one of a few billion cards like Reconstruction.

1C for +1 power is great, and cumulative upkeep can turn into a +1/+1 counter every turn with power conduits. Only thing he's missing is trample.

Deserves a higher rating, use Eon Hub and equip some stuff like Whispersilk Cloak and go to town with a colourless, firebreathing, terminator like machine

Seems like there was some art mixup that resulted in this card getting the art it did, but it was rectified in the flavor text. Cumulative upkeep sucks, but the card isn't too awful. Would be pretty nice for limited.
