Why not just write, it has flying as long as it is attacking?
If a goblin thrown by a giant can be described as having flying, and so can an elephant that jumps really high, then why not this?

equip a trepanation blade on this lovely lass and go to town. it will probably deal a lot of damage, as well as mill for quite a bit.

Why the hate ? It's basically a GREEN pseudo-flyer, ergo making it impossible to be targeted by dedicated flyer-removal effects. Like Windstorm. Also...pretty artwork and nice flavor overall.

I really respect this card. It's great limited fodder that will never see constructed play except by freaks for its Spirit tribal. But it sure hit for a lot when I drafted it.

Wizards has included pseudo-flying in each of the past three blocks (Canopy Cover and Signal Pest being the other two).
It would definitely make a great keyword -- and interestingly, it would have exactly the same reminder text as flying -- but it would require an Oracle update for the ~100 cards with reach.

I hate this card. The art is beautiful. The flavor is creative, but why would a farmer be talking in rhymes? Anyway, they are both wasted on a 2/2 almost flying for three mana.
