The Art Is Beautiful, But The Card Sucks.

This card combines Seal of Removal and Parapet, two useful defensive effects, I like it.

this card does not suck. 2 mana for a permanent toughness boost in your white weenie deck backed with instant speed creature bounce either saving your butt or your creature in your control deck. sounds good to me.

Nice multiplayer card. People will think twice about attacking you if they see you have this card in play and are able to bounce an attacker. The toughness bonus ain't that bad either.

Question popped up as to who can be targeted and where. Since it does not mention where so long as the target creature is returned to its owners hand, can you target a creature in your graveyard? My ruling is that so long as the target of the spell is a creature and it does not mention under your control you can target a creature A-That is in a graveyard B-that is under anyone's control and C-So long as targeted creature is returned to owners hand...

@ Whraithe: No, a creature card in the graveyard is not a creature, it's just a card. Unless an effect specifies a creature in a graveyard, an affect like this cannot target it.

Whraithe: No, from the battlefield only. A card will specify if the creature can be returned from the graveyard, otherwise, it always means on the battlefield.

Pretty neat.

I dunno if it's useful, but I bet it saw at least some casual play. Also: old style gold borders are absurdly ugly.
