Why has WotC dev NEVER understood the penalties of Walls?
Giving a wall the same aggregate P/T as a BEAR is yet another example of how they simply do not cost properly for the HUGE drawbacks of walls.

I love that this doesn't actually lose Defender as it will still work with Perimeter Captain.
