Jesper Esjing's art is epic! On a side note this is an okay card.

Really like the utility of this. Simple but decent.

This card works really well against the new infect decks. Any time Wickerbough Elder takes Damage, it can destroy another artifact/enchantment.

Not every day you see a creature that enjoys taking infect damage. Not every day you see a creature that can survive against infect for any period of time without needing to be returned to your hand for that matter.
Nice flavor text. Fashion is still an important consideration in the blighted hellscape of Shadowmoor.

He's a favorite of mine. Very combo-able, and even if you just use him exactly as printed, he's a solid creature.

Somewhere inside of this wicker man is Nicholas Cage. And he is NOT happy.

Similar to Slice in Twain. Artifact/enchantment destruction plus card advantage for 4 CMC.

@NoobofLore
I know! A 4/4 for 4 that carries a one mana Naturalize around? AND it's comboable? I like it. I'm going to try to find a home in my Civilized Oozing Druid deck.
Welcome to ComboTown:
Today we dump one Devoted druid in the graveyard with one Wickerbough elder. Next, we have one Necrotic Ooze in play w/o summoning sickness, and cast a Mycosynth Lattice...One four card combo to make people hate you.

Enchantment and artifact destruction in creature form is no laughing matter. I mean even ronom unicorn is good. This guy, by contrast, is ridiculous.
Put him in an all creature deck that abuses heartwood storyteller or something like that.

Also, says "f*** you Wither/Infect".
