Pretty nice. Will never see constructed play in Infect decks. Face it WotC, when you build a mechanic where all your need to win is an unblocked creature and two or three 1 mana pump spells in hand, no one is going to go the slow route of building poison counters.
No one playing Infect plays Proliferate or any of the other odd forms of getting poison counters. It's all "cheap creature, rush, pump, go from 0 to 10 poison counters in a single turn".

I like it, although plummet is better as it is cheaper, this may help you deal that 1 extra bit of poison to your opponent. i would probably pick this in a draft regardless of weather i was going infect or not, although it is pretty hard to not go infect in green if you were drafting this
Flying is pretty common among all color's nowadays (and this card alone has made a few other cards strictly redundant, plummet has made even more redundant)
I give it 3/5 as it isnt amazing

A guy did very well this weekend with this. He used {G}{U} with buff infect. He could use flight spellbomb to make his guys fly & buff with a giant growth, or do it to other creatures for comboing with this card. Gideon Jura players had nightmares about using that 0 ability XD

Personally I think this at instant could have a lot more potential in new standard infect sideboards with all the spirits running around in Innistrad. Let's face it, I can imagine the face of a player who's at 9 poison swinging in with Geist of Saint Traft, only to see his angel snipped down by this to cause a surprise loss.
