This card is very powerful. Note it says, "greatest number," which means you could have an empty hand and draw up to 7 cards with this one, allow you to spend your spells and still end up with a good size. Not as predictable as WoF, but strong nonetheless.

Stroke of genius your opponent for half of their library, then cast this. GG.

Am I the only one that sees the resemblence of Timetwister in this card? It's obviously not as good as timetwister, but it's still some damn good card advantage!

I made a discard deck with this, and lucked out once with the perfect hand and the perfect draws. Played this puppy on turn 3 with 2 Megrims out, and my opponent was still sitting on 7 seven cards. GG

There's an almost white-ish sort of bent to this. Everyone gets equal sized hands.

I think its the best uncommon in the block, even outclassing Tinker. I am very opinionated though.

UNRESTRICT MY CARD! GAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!
Seriously though, after doing a cool casual deck with these I want to make it vintage legal and it's frustrating.
And... why are people still talking about Stroke of Genius? I get it mattered in Urza's block, but Braingeyser is better in any blue deck. and nearly strictly better (as it's likely one of those mana you pay for X will be blue)
Either way, 'cept tricolor or somethin, Braingeyser you fools!
EDIT: Sad face. Stroke is an instant? My.. my poor braingeyser...

This is not uncommon. All cards in the Battle Royal Box Set has the same commonality except basic lands.
You can see that here: http://www.wizards.com/magic/generic/cardlists/battle_royale_checklist.txt
It's not right to say that cards in these boxed sets has different commonality. Take for example Garruk vs. Liliana dueldecks: Liliana Vess is supposed to be a mythic rare and Drudge Skeletons a common, but the deck has one of each.

@Kryptnyt I would believe that everyone is very opinionated, but that's just my opinion.

Anyway, I do enjoy what this card can do, so 4/5!
