I've always liked this card and still think it should be reprinted but IMO it should have been a white creature.

Anyone else see the face over her left shoulder? It's on our right, but her left shoulder. You can just see the eyes, and possible the bridge of the nose... About 3mm to the right of her upper arm?

Possibly one of my favorite cards, mainly for the nudity. If you get the chance, look at a decent zoomed-in picture of her. She won't disappoint ;3

Check the Legend set for this card with the whole poem. I grabbed every copy I could get of that one. Hacking it makes this card worthless to me in 4E.
