I always need a good reason to use a 7-cost or higher card in my deck, and a 6/4 vanilla is not a good reason. Is she actually any better than Tobias Andrion? We may never know.

A 7-mana, dual-colored, legendary Craw Wurm. Lovely.

How did we go from this to Emrakul, the Aeons Torn ?

If my opponent dropped a legendary Craw Wurm on turn 7, I'd be trembling in fear too.

The flavor text feels laden with innuendo to me. Anyone else?

Even the brave have cause to tremble at the sight of Sivitri Scarzam. That reason is laughter.

Sexy art and sexy flavour text, completely wasted on an overcosted, dualcoloured craw wurm.

This is always going to be one of my favorite cards, flavor wise. I'm forever waiting for them to actually release a card called Scarzam Dragon, and make this card truely awesome in the long run.
Yeah, a 7 cc Craw Wurm probably is nothing to get excited about, but I like it anyway.

yes, this one does indeed get hawt points.
this one, and a couple others, inspire me to redo Legends with some justice. the 55-card uber cycle of huge armies led by Elder Dragon lords containing mighty heroes in the rank and file...yeah, that's definitely something I can get behind.
Step 1 to refixing Legends- pick an actual consistent scale for P/T numbers. I think I'm going to measure everyone against Rafiq of the Many.

EDH with her as your commander. C'mon, it'll be fun.
I just put this in my Zur, the Enchanter EDH deck as it was lacking creatures ;_;

Art, name and flavor text are all superb, which is really a shame because the card itself is jank.

@Kensan_Oni I completely agree with you. They need to print a Scarzam's Dragon card that is amazingly-powered when Sivitri is also on the battlefield. And can we get her new errata into a faerie please? Who chose "human" anyway?? She looks like a faerie and has faerie wings AND faeries are already blue/black aligned anyway. Perhaps Scarzam's Dragon could be a one drop enchantment that transforms when Sivitri hits the table?

There is a total of ONE creature who is and has a better cost-to-stats combination: Silent-Blade Oni; Costs (CMC=; the same, but an additional ), +1 Toughness. (Also has Ninja powers, and is Male.) That's it. Mindleech Mass costs + (CMC=) to mark itself as the only other creature at least as powerful as her. (and has power-creep, taking into account it's awesome ability)
Simply, Sivitri, Silent-Blade, and Mindleech are the 3 most powerful, stat-wise, creatures of all. And she's the easiest to cast of them. And the only Female of them.
Many of these comments show the problem of relating older game standard to newer, with so many new players that are used to the power creep as standard, even when there isn't anything that is blatantly better at being it than itself. Remember, she's from the time when you usually had to work at it to get a powerful creature (stat-wise) onto the field. (barring particular cards/combos that were expensive then as they are now: Black Lotus and friends)
As a little comparison, many know and have loved the Enormous Baloth, a 7/7 for . And then it's replacement(s) came along making it worth absolutely nothing, being CMC of (or less?) for the EXACT same stats; maybe even throwing an ability on there, just to add insult to it.
The point is, don't just say "It's a bad card" when it really does have it's place to shine. It's just not as much in the modern plays, since most people want low-cost-high-stat/powers rather than a simply good card.
