I could see why they'd avoid it in EDH, gaining 10 life and doing 2 to everyone, can sometimes make them mad, even gaining some higher life amounts, its probably better to avoid hurting everyone

Then again, it may be small enough to avoid detection, just don't play 4 in a row.
