Every time the creature attacks, it loses 2 toughness, permanently? I like. Also, takes out many a creature that uses a tap ability. Would kill my Myr Galvanizer. But then, there's more effective removal, so meh.

Not that bad, truth be told. sure, its not a doom blade, but like bastianQoU said, it can get around indestructiblity. Vigilance will make this useless though, so choose your targets wisely.
