Hrm. You can even get Emrakul that way. Use the Fauna Shaman to discard him, then in response to the trigger, sac Loyal Retainers.

I agree with SoulReaverDan. If you are playing this card, then you are in an older format. Fauna Shaman is good, but Survival of the Fittest surpasses her by leaps and bound.

Survival to pitch something, fetch Iona, pitch her, fetch Retainers.
