a constant Fog / Holy Day / Darkness effect each turn can be quite useful, although unless you bring some card advantage you have to rely on your permanents to make any process.

could proof to be great fun when used in conjuction with Luminarch Ascension.

I always loves this style of Dryad art; I really wish they'd revisit it. Ravnica didn't do dryad tribal justice, and this art-style is just way too adorable.

Fog on a stick sure don't seem so annoying when it's this easy on the eyes.

Fog on legs is nice, but you will definitely need either significant board advantage to finish them off or a way of drawing cards. In the first scenario you won't need this as your opponent will be focusing on blocking, and in the second you wouldn't be playing straight green and should have an answer to the creatures. This card is conceptually nice but i don't think it is good in action. I bet the only reason it is a rare is because it would excessively draw out the game in limited if everyone had these, or multiples of them. Of course i haven't tried it as i do not possess this card, so if anyone has, feel free to disagree. I like recurring spore frog better.

Squee, Goblin Nabob is always nice for these types of cards.

I just can't keep my eyes off this girl... I built a deck just to use her. She's discards Eldrazi and land cards until Knight of the Reliquary assembles Urzatron and I can hardcast an Artisian of Kozilek.

She's the weakest thing in the deck, but I love to draw two just so I have one in my hand to look at... Good job Mr. post.

RK Post is one of the better artists magic managed to get on the payroll. If you wanna see more art by this guy, theres a book for an rpg system called "Alternity" and he does most of it's art.

I hate the fact that many decks out there have zero answers against this card... at least before they get smart and play Dismember. But still, I don't think a card like this should've been printed at all; a one-card soft lock should cost much more than two (see Platinum Angel).

The dryad is lovely though.

If a deck has no answers to this it deserves to lose.

But this is total crap. The whole idea behind Fog is to get your opponent to make the alpha strike which leaves them wide open for your turn. But they never will do that when the fog is clearly on the table.

It has it's flaws but it's actually quite good in something with madness/flashback. i'm considering building a deck with very simple drawing/discard engines eg Merfolk looter + Freed From the Real or Something like that which decks your opponent by making them draw/discard an tonne of cards and stronghold botanist/mechanist to keep removal in check.

Wonderful with Squee.

I'm kinda surprised nobody mentioned Madness. Three mana to prevent all combat damage and give myself a Gorgon Recluse to block with next time sounds like an awfully good deal, as does four mana for that and an Arrogant Wurm.

Pretty good, turns anything in your hand into a fog. Potential lockdown with 1 card until they get a removal.

@tavaritz: on the other hand, it forces them to be cautious, letting you assemble your army with impunity. Or they have to remove it, but, y'know, forcing removal on a 2-drop, you still win.

I get a scandalous vibe from the picture of the girl and the flavour text together.

I play a lot of EDH multi-player, sometimes what will happen when you play this, is people will start ganging up on you to force you to discard cards. But, in 1 v.s. 1 this card is almost unbeatable. How do they win if you can just fog every turn? This card has saved my butt so many times and it will save your butt too.

Aaaaah good lord i had forgotten a deck a friend of mine played... four of this lovely lass, four actual fogs, and four freakin Constant Mist! Some how, in our huge multiplayer games we would over look the innocent green deck...

Good times.
