for the extra mana this is much much much much better.

This can be a phenomenal card in Limited. I played one match at the prerelease where I'd gotten my opponent down to 1 life. I was at 14. She had a 4/1 creature out and all my other creatures were tapped and decently low-power on their own (Bramblesnap, 6 Eldrazi Spawn, and 2 other small guys), I figured during my second main phase, why not put out Ulamog's Crusher just for an even bigger slaughter next turn. My opponent was top-decking, she drew Traitorous Instinct and stole my Crusher, and smacked me to the face with 14 damage. I was kinda sad I lost that round, but it was an epic play on her part....

I love "steal 'til the end" cards, and the +2/+0 on this is pure gravy. Mmmmm, gravy.
4 mana is starting to push into the hard to play zone though...

Game winner right here. People through down an ulamog's crusher and then swing with everything else thinking they have a nice solid 8/8 blocker. THen you steal it and get them for 10 + whatever you have. Game winning card here.

Act of Treason/Threaten + Bull Rush. Works for me!

It's big weakness is that it's at sorcery speed. While the +2/+0 isn't bad, and there's no target restrictions, cards like temporary insanity or blind with anger trump it simply because they are instants.

This can be one hell of a surprise that will almost certainly win a close game. It completely wrecks the other person's combat math. If you're running something like a Vampire Aristocrat with it, you can start really irritating your opponent.

@Dragon_Nut If you're running vampires then you're already irritating your opponent.

A temporary creature-theft spell in a set where terrifying, high-powered, mana-intensive creatures that wreck your board position just by the mere act of attacking (even if you block them harmlessly) were printed at common...
This might be the most important spell of its kind.

For limited it's cool. Do effects like these see play in non-casual constructed at all?
