yes, it stacks for each creature you controll with exalted on the battlefield.

the real question about this is: Does Exalted stack on itself

Bant's majestic beauty and righteous strength are perfectly personified by the caliber of its plane card, a 5/5.

Reload your Myojin and attack with a 12/12 Warren Instigator? Weird, and not in a bad way.

This could get insane with an Exalted deck. Have Rafiq of the Many, Noble Heirarch, Battlegrace Angel out and even a Birds of Paradise can be a 7/8 double striking life linker. Imagine attacking with a creature that was big to begin with.
Seems like the designers mixed up Alara and Kamigawa on this card.

Planeswalking away could be a pain in the tookus if only your opponents control legal targets for the chaos roll.

This can get dangerous, but, fortunately, if you manage to get a divine guy, it can block the fatty exalted dudes all day long. Always an exciting plane to visit :P

Welcome to Bant, you're just in time to witness our finest hour! Interesting that when this was printed, they never considered that non-creature permanents might have exalted.

This card would be improved if the chaos ability was "may" or if it said "creature you control." I'd favor the former because it would occasionally be interesting to put it on an opponent's creature, but to be the black/red player and try to roll here is very unfriendly.

I noticed that 2009 planechase planes were very colour-based.
The mono-black one had The Dark Barony, which was Soot Imp on a planes and Grixis, which you could imagine what colours that helps.
Fast-forward to 2012, and all of the planes are much more all-reaching.
I suppose with Alara around, they kind of needed colour-based planes... I guess.

Bant is my favorite Shard, and I LOVE the Shards of Alara Block. This thing got me a game win when I was playing planeschase with a few friends and my exalted deck, which is infamous in my group for having had as many as 24 instances of exalted fire off at once on an unblockable creature with Rafiq and Finest Hour both out. I think I dealt a little over 120 damage that turn, knocking out the other guy my next attack phase. It was so sweet.
