It's indestructible with R&D's Secret Lair. Removing a +1/+0 counter isn't part of the cost, so it will stay an indestructible 0/1.

A strange variant on Rock Hydra, though it didn't work out that well. Still, this guy was sort of scary back in the day when Mana Flare + inflatable creatures was a strategy.
