Great card for limited. It has utility and is a nice mid range pick as it will often do in a pinch. I see it as a sort of Stream of Unconsciousness. While the cantrip is lost the cycling is very nice to have that extra -1/0 was a nice perk as well, but still nice design and less restrictive in your draft. The art is nice enough and seems to capture the essence of the card.

I really dig the effect in blue even though I recognize that it isn't "good." It might have been nice if they tacked on a "if this card is cycled" mini-effect.

not bad... not great, cost is about average so I'd tell you to look elsewhere but this isn't that bad of a deal...

Not great, but I like using it as a nasty surprise against first strikers.
I myself like it simply because it usually protects my creatures from the effects of deathtouch, "That Vampire Nighthawk blocking my 20/20 to death? Well not anymore..."
That, and if i do not need it, i have another option.

I wouldn't say it's strictly worse than Shrink as you don't get the option to cycle Shrink if you have no use for it.
Not as bad as everyone is saying it is, to be honest. Not incredible, but not dire.
