Decent sized shrink effect for 1 mana, and a sometimes-cantrip effect. Great. This sorta effect-to-mana-cost ratio is what WotC should use for all their shrink cards from now on.

This is a great support card in a deck with wizards, which normally have relatively high toughness. Combine with Merfolk Thaumaturgist to kill off smaller attackers, or even Twisted Image for a possible 2-card draw and creature kill combined.
Not a bad cost for the spell itself, and potentially cantriping? Glorious. And, as usual, Rebecca's art is an absolute joy to behold.

Power reduction and card draw for 1 mana, yes if you are playing blue you generally are playing Wizard creature types. I see nothing wrong with this card other than the super type Tribal. It was a nice mechanic and I thought I would see more tribal cards. I wouldn't mind seeing them experiment with it in the near future or possibly seeing a reprint or renaming of this card in the future.

Assuming that this spell knocks creatures unconscious, while it is wizard-tribal card, while there is that unconscious elf lady in the art, it makes me think that this is the only way that wizard can get laid.
