Depending on the deck, I'd run either these and or Terramorphic Expanses for cheap mana fixing. If you consider carefully, you can tell that in specific situations, Panoramas and TM Expanses are better for different types of decks.

Awesome artwork, far better than Terramorphic Expanses'.

Rules question - do the Panorama's text of, for instance, "basic Plains" prevent the panoramas from fetching Dual Lands, such as Tundra? I think that's the case, but I'd like some confirmation on this.

@elChupacabra: Tundra would not be fetchable, seeing as how it is actually a nonbasic land with two basic land types. It could be destroyed with Flashfires, but not fetched with things that go get basic lands.
In fact, you can even read that ruling by checking the 'Rulings' section right at the bottom of any dual land, which states: "10/1/2008 This has basic land types, but it isn't a basic land. Things that affect basic lands don't affect it. Things that affect basic land types do."

Agreed that these vs. Terramorphic Expanse depends on the deck. I'm running a deck that splashes for a fairly small number of cards. Most of the time I don't need the land fetching ability right away and I can use it as a mana source in the meantime. If I haven't needed to pop it off by the time I get Ob Nixilis out, that's one free landfall.

Has a slight advantage over Terramorphic Expanse and Arcane Sanctum (Can play untapped if necessary), but the cost of getting colored mana is just too great to be worth it, especially since you can't get that mana the turn you activate it.

Best panorama land just because it is Esper.

Excels primarily in draw-go control, where untapped lands are huge and opponent's turns sometimes pass without you needing to respond~ Mystical Teachings, perhaps? :D
