4 stars, no more or less. it's a land. lands without utility can only be so good. Fetches, True Duals, and Shocks can be 5 star, but this can only be 4 star, along with most 5-colored lands and the Vivids.

It's a tri-colored land, so of course it has to have SOME drawback to keep it from being OP - and considering the only drawback of this - and other tri-colored lands (not filters where you filter into one of 3 colors, but lands where you for one of 3 color choices), this is actually pretty damn good.
