Pretty run of the mill comon, VERY niche card but playable in its niche.

Ah this card deserves a better rating! Other than a bull cerodon, most naya beasties don't have haste, and she can grant it to any of one of them when you play it. She has haste herself too so shes a good starting game card, and if you happen to play her late then she can still help. Not to mention that haste is sort of a one time deal, so you don't really want to have to enchant creatures for it, once something hits the field for more than one turn it doesn't matter if it has haste or not. I have a fires of yavimaya, but I still prefer this card for my naya deck because shes a creature, if it comes down to an emergency, I can still slap an enchantment on her.

Look at it this way, if you get behemoth's herald and play it on turn 3 (in a proper naya deck quite easy to do) and shes already on the field turn 2, you have the potential of having a godsire with haste on turn 4, which can also pump out another beasty after he attacks, 2 8/8's on turn 4 from this little girl? awesome.

She has done excruciating things in my Naya EDH deck.

Playable niche common in the Pauper format. It gives common Eldrazi haste in the decks that feature it, which is a very strong play. Plus, it is a 1/1 haste for 1ron its own, which is decent.

Incomparable to Lightning Greaves but not a bad card.

This card is pretty nice for letting my turn 4 6-drops hit. Steel Hellkite, Rapacious One, pretty much any dragon.

@ Kryptnyt:
Well, at least the Taunter lets you activate your Visara the Dreadful once before she dies to instant removal or a wrath effect.

Yea! Whip those fatties out of their summoning sickness! Lightning Greaves is still better and Fires of Yavimaya is generally better if youre playing green, even though green has all the sweet fatties.

Compare to Sootstoke Kindler. This card could be better or worse depending on what you're going for. Very similar in functionality.

This and the Kindler don't seem to see much play, though... myself and others always seemed to prefer stuff like Reckless Charge. I don't think it would be too overpowered if they had printed this as a 0/1 for R with the same abilities.

Conditional Lightning Greaves that can swing in for 1 damage. Not terrible. Bonus rating for being a hotty.
