Target opponent discards a card or you untap all lands you control? Oh wait, wrong feast and famine.

A nice early example of a card with versatility and was fair. A sort of early split-card, if you will.

This is a surprisingly decent card considering its age. Its instant speed, flexible, and fairly costed.

That could be useful in a zombie deck. Or any other deck just for the removal.

The more choices the better. The instant speed is particularly nice - you can use the token as 'removal' for attacking artifact or black creatures, especially if you've got a Death Baron. I'd at least play it in a Zombie EDH deck, but Skinrender is a harsh competitor for this in a regular deck.

both abilities are decent and not that over costed, but what really shines on it is its an instant..

It's decent, I wouldn't use it. 3/5
