This card is a bit meh. But darn it if I don't have the desire to make a deck built around pitching guys that shuffle themselves out of the graveyard like Progenitus and the elemental incarnations. Were it not for that being impractically expensive.

Run with Eldrazi! Bam 15 damage! That or graveyard recursion but the first is cooler.
Best combined with Squee, Goblin Nabob the best part is you pick the little bugger up and throw it again and again.

@ TPmanW: You still have to pay the card's mana cost! And if you actually had 15 mana, why not just play him instead? Still, this could be pretty cool with some Madness stuff.
Seems like a card you could run with colorless ramp (sol rings and the like) in a sort of red ramp deck. Fireball, this card, eldrazi and Spinerock Knoll.
