I think this was targeting at a rumor(?) one point in time, where Rebecca suggested that Wizards discontinued her artwork for future sets, saying it doesn't fit art-wise. I believe the phone line and email accounts in Wizards got busted by her fans and they had to clarify that it's just a rumor. Still, no one can be sure whether or not it was real.

@ keiyakins: Not entirely - they reprinted Auramancer in M12 with the original art. No sign of her in the Innistrad block yet, unfortunately, but there's still time, and she also had one or two pieces in each of M11 and M10.

Can I Pick Rebecca "Don't Mess With Me" Guay? Anyway Rebecca Guay Is One Of The Best Artists In Magic. The Foglios Are The Others.
her style is great, and i think she has a reprint in m14, but i wish some of magic's other early greats were appreciated as much. mark tedin, ron spencer, the foglios, and christopher mfkin black lotus rush all come to mind.
