I second that, Forgeling. But having all your creatures as potential Ravagers makes it versatiler. The echo wrecks it, though. Pity.

the artwork is more awesome then arcbound ravager.
and i don't think is that much bad. it can put plus plus counters from ornithopter leftover from turns before and pump any creature.

p.s. heres an infinite combo i won with. 2 Etherium Sculpters+2 myr retriever (only 1 has to be on battlefield other can be in graveyard)+ extruder= infinite counters. I won without even having to pay echo

Echo is a ridiculous ability, I've never seen a card so powerful that echo made sense. most of the time it made mediocre cards into just bad cards.

The ruling doesn't make any sence. If this targets itself doesn't mean that one sacrificed this as sacrifice isn't targeted, so how come it's gone on resolution.

Hmm. If you refuse to pay the echo cost, you can then exile it to a Myr Welder and get the effect on a much simpler body.

This isn't completely terrible if you look at it from a limited perspective. 4/3 for 4 colorless that can fit in any deck. It will be a good blocker for a turn, and you don't have to pay the echo. If you do, it's a fairly decent aggro creature and you can sacrifice itself in response to potentially fizzle out annoying spells. But to use this in a constructed environment? HELL NO
