Horrendously overcosted. It's been in my deck a couple times in drafts to fill out a UG deck thats maxed out on slippery bogle shorecrasher mimic, favor of the overbeing, but besides that its completely useless.

Shame cuz I do like the art

It's a marginally decent Pauper card though. It can be found with Teachings and is one of the biggest common creatures with Flash. 3/3 Flash Persist isn't terrible in Pauper.

i have a U/G mimic deck, this isn't in it ...........for 6 mana i'd want a 3/3 to be indestructable and be a real good cook.......

Has its uses, but there are better beasts for 6 mana. Even if you could guarantee having an AEther Burst and a Dual Nature out every game, this wouldn't be a sure thing.
Not bad, just outdated really quick.
