In a Green - Black (or just black but I doubt that happens)Elf deck - Prowess of the Fair + Damnation = Purges the battlefield and gives you a huge card advantage.

Finally, a way to break skullclamp.

This is really nasty card... would it be green, it would be quite broken since not all elf decks are going to splash black... but they are definitely going to be green, and it gives exactly what green deck needs... something to soften the loss of your creatures. You don't have to pay to get your token, and it replace your elf with another elf, which is quite neat... just use Door of Destinies or Coat of Arms and even small 1/1 will turn into something like 6/6 or even more, so you don't suffer the creature removal so badly.

And as it's been said, it really shines when your opponent is using board wipes like WoG, which hurts elves most.

Interestingly, doesn't say "elf creature." This means if you have two, and one is Naturalized, you get an elf!
