For a while, I thought this was from Coldsnap because of the art =\
Is that smoke or snow? I don't really understand the art, but awesome card. =D
And @achilleselbow: This is not usurped by Searing Blaze. Searing Blaze is only 1 dmg insult + 1 dmg injury on your opponent's turn. THIS however. 3 damage insult with maybe a 45% chance of adding 3 injury. Unless you have fetchlands.. Which means that you're still doing 1 point of damage to yourself. =D Or Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds. Those cards are just awesome..
Then late game, when you're not dropping a land a turn, drawing a Searing Blaze isn't that great.. WHEREAS LASH OUT is still consistent. Searing Blaze DOES NOT usurp lash out because of it's inconsistency being worse than Lash Out's inconsistency.
I still think Clash should have been called "Scry-off!"

I rate this card quite high
3 damage to a creature for two mana with a chance to deal 3 damage to a player looks well worth it to me
What really makes this card great is clash, (especially at instant speed) the clash effect itself is scry 1, you can get rid of a situational card you don't need, or you can get rid of that land that might flood your mana.
this is great for multicolor decks that wants to splash a solid red card without being intensive
