It is meant to help you set up a favorable clash, not that anyone really tried to make a "clash" deck. Although I did have great success comboing it with Fa'adiyah seer or sindbad if you want.

This can work well with cards that have kinship. Wait until the kinship triggers, then use the ability so the card that triggered it is not the card you draw. Kinship triggers next turn, repeat as desired. Mind you, this means you usually don't get the card which triggers kinship unless you get 2 in a row which can trigger kinship and then you choose which you want.

If you're not using it for kinship or something else which can give repeated benefits based on what the top card of your deck is even if you can't draw that card, well, then only being able to look at the top two cards seems kind of weak.

this card has help me many a time. don't hate. if you're new, and want to play green, put a little faith in this card. she will treat you just fine.

I use her in my Wolf token deck along with Wolf-Skull Shaman. Its a very blue effect in green. Whats not to love?

I run it in my Intet, the Dreamer EDH deck. Helps you get big cards from the top of your deck into play with Intet's ability.
